Groomer Disclaimers

We encourage and recommend all clients maintain a 6-12 week grooming schedule to achieve proper grooming maintenance and adequate care for their pet. Our groomer may recommend coming in more often to achieve certain styles or to work on certain behavioral issues as she sees fit. Clients who fail to maintain an appropriate grooming schedule will be subject to a price increase at the groomers discretion.

We kindly request a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or scheduling changes. We do require a $45 fee per dog for any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. 2 or more cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the discharge of client from our services.

We kindly ask for all disclaimers regarding your knowledge of any behavioral or health conditions for your pet at the time of scheduling so proper time and attention can be allocated.

We require at least 2 hours with each dog. If you are in need of an expeditious groom please inform staff at the time of scheduling that you are in need of an "express groom". For our express service, the grooming would be completed from start to finish with no breaks for the dog for a $50 additional fee.
